Dash Dynamics Ltd does not verify ownership, copyright permissions, or third-party rights relating to customer-supplied materials, except where required to confirm that artwork meets the necessary technical specifications and production requirements.
Dash Dynamics Ltd accepts no responsibility for the unauthorised use of images, designs, or content provided by customers, or for any breach of third-party intellectual property rights. By submitting artwork or materials, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold Dash Dynamics Ltd harmless against any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other misuse of protected content.
Dash Dynamics Ltd reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order where supplied content breaches intellectual property rights, contains unlawful or inappropriate material, or is considered defamatory, offensive, or contrary to applicable laws and standards.
Dash Dynamics Ltd cannot be held responsible for fraudulent or illegal use of payment methods by third parties, including credit cards, debit cards, cheques, or other payment methods, where reasonable precautions and appropriate security measures have been taken. We also accept no liability for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events.
Certain products designed and supplied by Dash Dynamics Ltd include worldwide protected designs and registered intellectual property. Any unauthorised copying, reproduction, modification, or manufacture of these products is strictly prohibited without prior written permission. Where infringement occurs, Dash Dynamics Ltd reserves the right to take legal action and seek recovery for associated costs, including legal fees, damages, loss of profits, and any related financial losses.
For any disputes relating to the interpretation or execution of an online contract, the parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction will be the courts of Preston, United Kingdom, regardless of the location where the contract was entered into or the customer’s place of residence.
