4D Number Plate Letter Manufacturing
We produce our 4D number plate letters using 3mm thick Genuine Perspex®, which is a material that also has a 10-year warranty from the manufacturer when produced using the correct equipment to cut it.
We can produce starter kits for all our digits, containing 350 4D number plate letters plus a standard Oblong 520 x 110mm number plate Jig. As both our Gel and Acrylic digits are made to the same profile, our 520 x 110 number plate Jig and Square number plate Jig systems work with both our Gel and acrylic Charles Wright formats of 4D number plate letters.
Dash Dynamics does offer a 5mm thick version of these 4d number plate letters, but there are tests taking place to ensure 5mm products can still be correctly read due to the additional height of 5mm thick letters. Should they not comply, we will withdraw these from our standard stocks and only manufacture them for special orders.
We do not advise stacking digits to produce a taller digit as these are most likely to fail any tests.
As our 5mm Acrylic Digits are thicker, we only supply these as sharp corner items so they cannot be mixed with our Gel offer. However, our 3mm thick stocks are always round-cornered to match our Gel stocks.
4D Number Plate Suppliers
At Dash, we are strictly a B2B trade supplier, so we do not supply loose digits for DIY use, nor do we supply complete plates to end users. Samples of our 4D number plate letters can be provided FOC to any DVLA-approved dealer who wishes to see our quality before purchase.
We carry these number plate letters and digits in high quantities, so most orders are sent out ex-stock on the same day when ordered before 10 am. All our digits are UK manufactured using the very best equipment to ensure a quality finish. Like our Charles Wright Gel digits, they are supplied in packs of 10.
In most cases, we can handle orders from the stock of around 10,000 digits, but please be aware that there may be a small delay when order levels are exceedingly high. We will always advise you should there be any issue with your order down to depleted stock and give you our current lead time.
